Visual Guide on how to measure: 

Width is measured seam to seam across the chest on the T-shirt (i.e. only the front side of the T-shirt - horizontally)).  Length is measured from the top to the bottom of the T-shirt (vertically).  Size tolerance +/- 2cm on width & length.

If your measurements are between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size.
